ENTERPRISE DATA. CONNECTED SYSTEMS.

Untangle it.
Move
forward.

Complex technology change needs a clear next move.

We bring data strategy, ERP migration and hands-on application engineering together to find the constraint and work through it.

Four people.
A connected set of capabilities.

LET’S START WITH YOUR WORLD

What’s getting
in the way?

Big programs can get stuck in very specific places. Start with the problem closest to yours.

01The ERP migration is moving.
Is the data ready?

Unresolved mappings, inconsistent loads and unclear ownership make the next decision harder. Start by examining readiness, data quality and the evidence needed for sign-off.

Explore migration readiness
02The systems connect.
The information still doesn’t.

Look at the boundaries between plant-floor applications and ERP: interfaces, change-data capture, parts traceability and exception handling.

Explore connected operations
03The application still works.
Changing it is the hard part.

Map the architecture, workflow and database dependencies. Then define a phased modernization plan with changes your team can review and validate.

FOCUSED WORK. PRACTICAL OUTPUTS.

Three ways to
move forward.

Begin with a bounded assessment.
Agree the priorities.
Deliver the work that matters next.

01

THE ERP STARTING POINT

Migration
readiness
& recovery.

Know what’s ready.
Make the gaps actionable.

Preparing for a move or resetting a difficult workstream? Assess the data, dependencies and controls behind your next load or cutover.

What the assessment can include

  • Source data, mapping and ownership review
  • Data-quality rules and reconciliation plan
  • Prioritized remediation and readiness checks

SAP S/4HANA · ECC · NetSuite
SQL · ETL · Validation

Scope and deliverables are agreed for your environment.

02

CONNECTED OPERATIONS

MES–ERP
integration
& traceability.

Follow the data.
Find the break in the chain.

Examine a specific data-flow or traceability problem between production systems, ERP and operational reporting.

What the work can include

  • Interface and change-data capture assessment
  • Parts, defect and repair workflow review
  • Prioritized fixes and validation checks

MES-connected applications · APIs
CDC · SQL · Operational reporting

Vendor fit, plant access and support needs are confirmed during scoping.

03

APPLICATION ENGINEERING

Legacy .NET.
A more useful
next chapter.

Keep the business context.
Rethink the technical constraints.

Assess one application or workflow, then shape a phased engineering plan for the parts that are hardest to change.

What the work can include

  • Architecture and dependency assessment
  • API, database and workflow improvements
  • Reviewable modernization increments

.NET · C# · Angular · Blazor
SQL Server · Oracle · REST / SOAP

Acceptance criteria and handover needs are agreed before delivery.

Thinking about AI? Start with the data it would depend on.

Ownership, quality, metadata, lineage and lifecycle controls are part of the foundation. We address that readiness within the transformation scope.

HOW THE WORK MOVES

Clarity first.
Then momentum.

A useful plan makes the next decision easier. A useful delivery process makes progress visible.

Define what “done”
looks like.
Then build toward it.

  1. 01

    Discover the context.

Understand the business goals, system landscape and constraints.

    OUTPUT / Shared problem definition
  2. 02

    Assess the evidence.

Review the data, architecture and dependencies to surface risks.

OUTPUT / Findings your team can examine
  3. 03

    Prioritize the next moves.

Agree scope, decision owners and acceptance criteria.

OUTPUT / A sequenced delivery plan
  4. 04

    Deliver in stages.

Work through migration, integration or modernization in reviewable increments.

OUTPUT / Work you can inspect
  5. 05

    Validate and hand over.

Reconcile outcomes against the agreed criteria and prepare the handover.

    OUTPUT / Documented acceptance
REMOTE-FIRST COLLABORATION

Scope, availability, working hours and any on-site needs are agreed before an engagement begins.

A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT

Good
questions.

What is a useful first engagement?

A focused readiness or diagnostic assessment. Together, we define the question to answer, the systems and data in scope, access requirements and the expected deliverables before work begins.

Can you join a program already in progress?

Yes. A bounded recovery assessment can examine current mappings, data-quality issues, load results and reconciliation. The aim is to identify the constraints and agree a remediation sequence with your team.

Can you work alongside our implementation partner?

We can shape a defined workstream alongside business owners, internal technology teams or an implementation partner. Responsibilities, access, working hours and acceptance criteria are agreed up front.

How are scope and delivery arrangements decided?

Through discovery and a discussion of the systems, priorities, constraints and available team capacity. Any on-site work or after-hours support needs are agreed explicitly. We do not assume every engagement needs all four people.

What should we share in an initial email?

A high-level challenge, the main platforms involved and your target timing are enough. Please don’t email production data, credentials or sensitive information. Project-data access should use an agreed secure process.
