Consulting SAP migration readiness & recovery

A CLEARER NEXT MOVE

Know what needs fixing before your next SAP migration milestone.

Turn scattered migration evidence into a practical view of gaps, priorities and ownership. A remote, senior-led review built around the decision your team needs to make.

Defined scope. Written quote. No one-size-fits-all price or timeline.

SAP DATA MIGRATION READINESS & RECOVERY

Before the next mock. During a difficult workstream. When ownership needs clarity.

WHEN THIS HELPS

Three moments.
One useful pause.

Step back from the activity and examine the evidence behind your next migration decision.

01 / BEFORE THE MILESTONE

Your next mock or cutover is approaching.

You need a clearer view of unresolved gaps, dependencies and the evidence still needed.

02 / WHEN ISSUES REPEAT

Load or reconciliation problems keep returning.

You need to distinguish symptoms from potential causes and sequence the recovery work.

03 / WHEN OWNERSHIP IS UNCLEAR

The work is moving. Decisions are not.

You need proposed owners, explicit sign-offs and a visible path through cross-team dependencies.

THE REVIEW

Start with the evidence.
Not assumptions.

We agree the workstreams, artifacts and questions in scope. Then we review what is available, identify what is missing and separate observations from items that need technical validation.

The depth of the review depends on the agreed scope and the quality and availability of evidence.

01

Scope & mapping quality

Data objects, migration boundaries, transformation rules, business decisions and mapping approvals.

02

Data quality & reconciliation

Data-quality exceptions, remediation status, reconciliation design, available load results and the evidence used to close defects.

03

Dependencies & ownership

Cross-object sequencing, business and technical responsibilities, handoffs and unresolved decisions.

04

Readiness criteria & sign-offs

Entry and exit criteria, approval responsibilities and the evidence expected at your next checkpoint.

SIX QUESTIONS. A BETTER STARTING CONVERSATION.

What is clear?
What needs a closer look?

No score. No sales gate. Just prompts to help you identify the evidence worth discussing.

READINESS SELF-CHECK

A conversation starter,
not a verdict.

Self-reported orientation, not a system assessment or go-live approval.

Your choices stay in this page’s memory. Nothing is sent or saved. Reloading clears them.

“Not sure” is a useful answer. It identifies something to verify, not a failure.

WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY

Working outputs.
Not just a presentation.

Editable files your team can use to discuss decisions, assign work and carry the findings forward.

A visible risk register

Findings, supporting evidence, gaps and dependencies. Assumptions and limits are made explicit.

REVIEWABLE FINDINGS

Prioritized remediation

A sequenced action plan with proposed owners for your team to confirm, not silently assumed commitments.

AN ACTIONABLE PLAN

Readiness criteria

Proposed evidence and decision criteria for the agreed milestone, with outstanding validation visible.

A CLEAR CHECKPOINT

A management brief

A concise readout of key concerns, decisions needed and recommended next steps.

DECISION SUPPORT

Formats and the exact set of deliverables are confirmed in the written scope.

SEE THE SHAPE OF THE WORK

A finding should lead
somewhere useful.

Explore two fictional examples of how an observation becomes a focused action and a decision checkpoint.

FICTIONAL EXAMPLES · NOT CLIENT RESULTS
ILLUSTRATIVE FINDING / R-01

A mapping exists.
Its business sign-off does not.

DECISION NEEDED
Evidence observed
The mapping workbook contains an exception rule, but the supplied record does not identify an approving business owner.
Why it matters
The load could follow a rule that the business has not agreed. The actual impact still needs validation.
Proposed next action
Confirm the rule with the domain owner, document the decision and identify any test evidence needed before the next mock.
Proposed owner & checkpoint
Business data owner, to be confirmed. Checkpoint: decision recorded and agreed evidence reviewed.

A BOUNDED ENGAGEMENT

Agree the question.
Then do the work.

Remote delivery, with scope, access requirements, responsibilities, price and timing agreed before the review starts.

Clear boundaries protect the work.

Technical validation, configuration, data cleansing, migration execution and go-live approval are not automatically included. Any additional delivery work requires a separately agreed scope. Your organization retains its approval and go-live decisions.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few
practical answers.

How much does the review cost, and how long does it take?

Price and timing are agreed after we understand the systems, workstreams, milestone, evidence available and expected depth. You receive a written quote before work starts. The quote confirms the fee, delivery window and prerequisites for your specific scope.

Can you work alongside our implementation partner?

Yes. We can define a bounded review alongside your business owners, internal technology team and implementation partner. Interfaces, responsibilities and access are agreed before the review.

What should we prepare for a scoping conversation?

A high-level description of your SAP landscape, migration stage, next milestone and main concern is enough. You can also describe which artifacts exist. Do not send production records, credentials or sensitive files through this page or an initial email.

Does the review certify that we are ready to go live?

No. It provides decision support within an agreed evidence-review scope. It is not a technical certification, audit opinion or go-live approval. Findings that need validation are identified, and your accountable stakeholders retain the decision.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring the milestone.
Let’s define the review.

Tell us what is coming next, what is unclear and which systems are involved. We will use that conversation to determine fit and scope.
